A primary aspect of spiritual growth is developing a close relationship with Spirit. Prayer and meditation is one of the most satisfying and important ways that we get to know God and so let the fullness of spiritual light and power into our daily experience. Prayer and meditation are natural abilities that we all have. Every one of us can develop an enjoyable and beneficial prayer life by learning a few simple, natural principles and practices that lead us into the Silence. Join us for this class whether you are a long time meditator, someone who says, “I can’t meditate,” or anywhere in between. Class will consist of discussion, reflection and most importantly meditation practice.
